Can I cancel my order or get a refund if I changed my mind?
Once an order has entered our fulfillment process, we’re unable to cancel or refund it.
Our team works quickly to prepare and ship orders, so modifications aren’t possible after the order is confirmed.
If you made a mistake or changed your mind, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet entered fulfillment, we’ll do our best to assist — however, this is not guaranteed. Please be mindful and order with intent!
1. How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days depending on your location. We ship worldwide at no extra cost. at high volume times processing may take up to 6 business days.

Yes. All orders include free worldwide shipping.
3. Can I return my order if I’m not satisfied?
Yes. We offer a 30-day return window. Items must be in the same condition as when they arrived — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains or damage. If your return request is approved, we’ll send you detailed instructions on how to complete your return. Please note that we have the final say on all return cases, and shipping destination plays a role in return.
